Service Description

Saturday, July 18th, 2026 This is a basic rifle class, hosted by 3 Aces P.S.O.C, intended to give you the skills necessary to defend yourself with a rifle. Topics covered include safety, range etiquette, zero theory, basic rifle functionality, load and unload procedures, connecting to the rifle, sight confirmation, ready positions, malfunction drills, reloads, and an intro to shooting while moving, target transitions and shooting under time constraints. This class is highly recommended for beginner and intermediate students and those seeking to take classes such as Defensive Rifle 2 or a CQB class. PLEASE READ: There is a $20 range fee that is seperate from class fee. It goes directly to the range and will need to be brought in cash the day of the class. It is highly recommended that you bring an AR style rifle with a red dot. While AK platforms, LPVOs, and iron sights can be brought, there is only so much time for information dissemination in class, and the AR platform with a red dot makes the class much more productive. We will not go over very specific weapon and sighting systems other than that. There is absolutely no tolerance for alcohol or drug use in class and you will be asked to leave the range immediately and or authorities will be called with no refund if you are suspected of being under the influence of either. Who can Attend? All U.S citizens ages 18 and up that are legally allowed to own/purchase/possess a firearm. State ID must be available upon request, failure to have ID will result in removal from class. Packing list: 1 Quality AR-15 style rifle with red dot and sling 3 magazines minimum (the more the better) 750 rounds rounds of ammunition minimum, the more the better. 1 AR magazine holster Ear Protection Eye Protection Adverse weather clothing (Hot, Cold, Rain etc.) Lunch, water, snacks Sun Block (spf 50 recommended) Lawn Chair
